The base I operate on
It covers the work of running your marketing as your team: strategy, execution and the day-to-day operation. It’s the firm ground that sustains the relationship and lets me go all in from the first week.
The model
I work on a variable basis: part of my fee is earned when your numbers go up. It’s an alignment decision —my growth tied to yours— and here I tell you exactly how it works.
Part of my fee is earned when your numbers go up. My incentive and yours point to the same place.
How it’s made up
My fee has two components. One sustains the work from day one; the other moves with your results. The weight of each part I agree with you, tailored to your business.
It covers the work of running your marketing as your team: strategy, execution and the day-to-day operation. It’s the firm ground that sustains the relationship and lets me go all in from the first week.
Part of my fee activates with your results. It grows when your business grows and is tied to the metrics that truly move the needle. My incentive and yours point to the same place.
The exact range —how much each part weighs and what it’s calculated on— I set with you in the conversation, tailored to your business and your moment.
What we measure on
The variable part lives on your real levers, the ones that truly count for you. I choose with you the metric that best reflects your growth; these are the ones that most often sustain it.
What comes through the till. I tie the variable to the revenue I help generate with you: the most direct measure that the model works.
The flow of potential clients that feeds the business: qualified leads, open opportunities, a pipeline that advances towards the sale.
What it costs to bring in each client. When that cost drops and holds, growth becomes profitable and sustained over time.
On real data, measured by both sides: we both see the same numbers, and that keeps the conversation clear.
Why I do it this way
Your goal becomes mine, and the model puts it in writing.
Tying part of my fee to your results orders the relationship from day one: what’s good for your business is good for me. I push in the same direction because my own growth depends on yours happening.
That’s why I choose few clients and go all in. The variable pays off where every client counts: I concentrate judgement and hours on finding and converting the one who matters, and I answer for what we achieve together.
And I mean the “we grow”, because it’s with you: if you grow, I grow. The deal is clear from the start and stands on its own value.
My growth is tied to yours.
How it’s agreed with you
Setting the variable is part of how I start working with you. It’s born in the same conversation where we decide whether we’re a fit, and it rests on what you want to achieve.
The conversation begins with where you want to get to. On that goal we decide together which metric ties the variable and why it’s the one that best reflects your growth.
I define with you what’s fixed and what’s variable, tailored to your business and your moment. The deal is clear and in writing from day one.
The variable lives on real data, measured by both sides. Each quarter we look together at what the numbers say and adjust course with judgement.
The model in figures
Three facts about the model. This is how it’s built and how I work.
Few
Clients at a time
I choose who I work with so I can go all in on each one.
100%
Focus on your goal
Your goal becomes mine while I work with you.
Variable
Part tied to results
Part of my fee is earned when your numbers go up.
In one conversation I set what part is variable and on which metric. I start from where you want to get to and we build it together.
